We want to be a company that provides encyclopedias, picture books, educational materials, cram schools, and other products to many children and supports their success.

"If the creators aren't excited, they can't make anything interesting," I reaffirmed in an interview with the editor of the picture book!
I want Gakken to be a company that works with excitement and can provide something exciting.

Thanks to the warm consideration, support, and encouragement from those around me, I realized that 20 years have passed!
I have been able to continue working while watching children grow up.
I hope that in the future, Gakken will continue to be a place where we can support each other, just like our families...

When I go to see a comedy show, even though I'm exhausted, I feel refreshed and I'm surprised at how much energy I can release! I realize how powerful laughter is. There are moments in every day that make me chuckle, and times when I can laugh out loud with someone. I hope we can create such a future.

When I told my grandmother, who worked as a "Gakken auntie," that I was going to join Gakken, she replied, "Well, that's a relief."
When I think about "education" as an adult, I recall some slightly outdated memories, like the time when the handmade radio that came as a freebie with "Science" would play, or the warmth of the characters in "Monthly Daily Learning." I hope to continue taking on challenges in my own way.
